The Differentiator

Steel, Smoke, and Clay.

Our kitchen is built on the Shikar hunting traditions of ancestral Punjab—a heritage of fire-tempered survival reinterpreted for the modern epicurean. We fuse rare, hyper-local British provisions with ancient spice lineages and primitive charcoal-and-clay techniques. Twelve guests. One table. Bound by heavy canvas, raw iron, and woodsmoke.
